Walkative was established in 2007 by a group of young enthusiasts who also happened to be licensed tour guides. Join us to learn about the most revolutionary and controversial movements in world history: welcome to the Berlin Communist & Socialist tour. The goal of the tour is to give you a deeper understanding of movements that have changed and largely shaped world history from the end of the 19th century up to the present day. From Marx and Engels, through revolution led by Luxembourg and Liebknecht, the Cold War and the Berlin Wall up to leftwing movements today.
After this 3 hours Walkative journey, you’ll form a historical Gestalt of communist & socialist ideas! Both in Germany and Europe (and even beyond). Both before and after WWII. Long before and long after.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
