Mexico City Food Tour

we had a great time today getting to know Mexico City with our guide! she was very passionate about her city and culture and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to try while we are here! the tour was a mix of mexican culture and history.

David did a really great job not only showing us awesome taco places, teaching us food history but also gave us a lot of real nice historical input on the food and Mexicós history it self. We felt really comfortable with him and enjoyed the taco tour. We can totally recommend this tour if you are not only in to food but also learning about history.

Great tour full of great food! I tried a few things that were new to me. It’s a fairly small area and I plan to return to explore and eat more on my own! Come super hungry. It’s a super lot of food and I could not keep up!

Truly an amazing experience ! Ian is very interesting guide who has a lot of information to give about the origins of the food we are eating, but also lets us enjoy it. Needless to say that the food was amazing too. Would 100% recommend

This was such a fun and delicious tour in a non-touristy part of Mexico City! Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us the authentic street food scene in a local neighborhood. The tour was paced well and we enjoyed all the food we got! If you are looking for a culinary experience with a true local, this is your tour!

Wonderful walk around the city. Our guide Bellen (I hope I got that right!) was perfect. Her passion for the town really shines through her tour. We learnt a lot and she showed us some great places to try on our first visit to CDMX!

A good tour. Andares speaks very good English and is cheerful and enthusiastic about the city. Weve been on numerous excellent Guru Walks around South America and surprisingly didnt have as many interesting places as we expected, maybe because it is such an enormous city and too spread out to walk.

Belen was an amazing tour guide. Incredibly knowledgable and great fun with lots of advice and recommendations to help us enjoy our time in Mexico. I would recommend her tours to anyone! Thank you Belen!

The absolute best experience I had in Mexico City! The food and drinks were delicious, the markets were super interesting and it was all accompanied by Gabriel who is super knowledgeable and friendly! If you have to choose to do only one tour in Mexico City - do this one.

Hicimos este tour con Ian como guía y la verdad es que fue una gran experiencia. Toda la comida estuvo deliii y comí muchísimo. Cada lugar tenía su propia magia y lo que más me gustó es que no se siente como esos tours genéricos que solo te llevan a los lugares turísticos de siempre. Es completamente diferente al resto de los tours de la Ciudad de México. Se siente personal y esta bien organizado. Lo recomiendo para hacer algo diferente, comer de rico y pasarla increíble.

El tour estuvo muy bien organizado y fue una buena manera de acercarme a la comida mexicana de verdad, en las calles. Probamos platos deliciosos en lugares que probablemente no hubiera descubierto por mi cuenta. El guía fue excelente: amable, logró que el grupo se sintiera cómodo, que todo fuera dinámico y divertido. Todo estuvo muy bien pensado, con porciones muuuy generosas y una gran variedad. This Taco tour was Amazing!!!! The guide, the food, the history, th culture, the preparation of the different tacos and the locations was exceptional. I'm so happy I did this tour. Don't sleep on these tour because they are free...Guru Walk take great pride and passion into giving you the best tour money can't buy. You are doing yourself a Huge disservice by dropping the ball and missing out on these life experiencing tours.
