We are a young team that left Spain in 2009 and we are in London to create this beautiful project. At the request of our "walkers" we grew up in Paris, Dublin, Berlin, Malaga, Cordoba and Budapest, teaching these cities to thousands of Spanish speakers. We are professional guides and we are madly in love with every corner of the cities we teach.

Tour description

With this tour you will get to know the most mysterious and mystical Salamanca , which together with the university atmosphere and the perfect lighting will dazzle you as you walk through its streets. You will be able to discover the beautiful monuments and the magnificent landscapes of Salamanca at sunset . A unique experience to learn the best curiosities about the city, as well as the legends and mysteries of this unique destination.

Our tour will begin in the Plaza del Poeta Iglesias , from where we will look for the Torre del Clavero , which hides the legend of the famous Black Ghost . Afterwards, we will walk through the streets until we reach the Convent of San Esteban and learn about its relationship with the nearby Convent of Las Dueñas .

We will continue our journey to delve deeper into the legends that await us in some of the most important places in the city, such as the Cave of Salamanca or the Garden of Calixto and Melibea, and we will continue our walk through the Casa de las Conchas, whose atypical façade hides numerous myths.

To finish this mysterious free tour, while we delight in the beauty of the illuminated city, we will go to the House of Death , which awaits us to discover the grim story hidden behind its name.

From November 29th to January 6th, our route through Salamanca will be filled with the magic of its streets at Christmas . We will learn about the main traditions and activities of this time of year while enjoying the bright coloured lights . We will discover the curiosities of the famous University New Year's Eve that students celebrate before going on holiday and we will enjoy the Christmas spirit that is experienced in the street, observing its ice skating rinks or the craft market. We will also visit the statue of the turronera , in homage to these women from La Alberca and the ancient tradition that they keep alive, and we will talk about the typical San Silvestre race in Salamanca , which is celebrated on the last Sunday of the year in the city.
