The most delicious typical dishes of Asturian gastronomy are: cachopo, Asturian fabada, Asturian pote, chorizo a la sidra, escalopines al cabrales, pitu de caleya, tortos de maíz, pastel de cabracho, or pixin, and all accompanied with cider.
