I have been teaching my city to national and international tourists for years. I like to approach art and history in an entertaining and fun way, without giving up the laughter and supporting the explanations in various images that will help you understand all the possible "Zaragozas": from the Roman Caesar Augusta to the futuristic city created in the 2008 expo. You can't imagine everything you can discover here: goyas, origami, oriental art, river sunsets, contemporary sculpture, and a long etcetera. I would be happy to inform you, at the end of the visit, how you can continue to freely discover the city. For this, I will offer you the necessary tourist information with schedules, addresses and possible tickets for all monuments, museums, and places of interest. I am an official guide of Aragon, Art Historian and I do my work in Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Tour description

For most travelers, a visit to the Basilica del Pilar Cathedral is essential , so we will start our tour inside to admire its Renaissance altarpiece, its huge Flemish oak stalls, the Pilar de la Virgen in the Santa Capilla and Los Frescos of Goya.

We will continue the tour explaining the immense Plaza del Pilar: its fountains, its Town Hall and its Renaissance Lonja de Mercaderes. In front of the Lonja, the Goya monument will give rise to talk about his life and, above all, his death.

We will continue to admire the Mudejar exterior of La Seo del Salvador (the true cathedral of the city since the 12th century) and we will finish on the Stone Bridge to, visually jumping from bridge to bridge, to be able to understand the history of the city from its river port Roman to the new banks of the Ebro, fruit of the 2008 International Exhibition.

I wait for you!
