Understanding San Fermín - Free Tour
Tour description
The tour will start from the San Lorenzo Church, where the San Fermín chapel is located. From that moment, following the course of the procession we will cross the main street to the Church of San Saturnino (San Cernin), showing the past of this act until today, and the origin of the festivities, with the respective historical notes of Interest on the city. From the church of San Saturnino we will arrive at the Town Hall Square, one of the best known in the city, where the San Fermín festivities begin. From the town hall we will follow the path of the confinement, we will pass the merchant curve and we will enter Estafeta street. In the middle of Estafeta street we will go down towards San Agustín street, where the first pediment of the city of Pamplona was located: the Jai Alai. From Jai Alai we will advance to the current pediment, which is the Labrit, and from there we will go up to the telephone, the last section of the enclosure, and the end of Estafeta street. We will continue the journey of the confinement to the Plaza de Toros, and from there, we will go to the monument of the enclosure, and we will finish the tour in the Plaza del Castillo.
