Tour description
Explore Jewish Quarter Kraków, one of the most vibrant parts of the city.
On this 2.5 hour tour, you will visit the synagogues at the heart of the Jewish quarter and discuss how the German army’s occupation during the Second World War left the area forever changed.
Visit the former WW2 ghetto and the Empty Chairs holocaust memorial. Learn about heroes like Oskar Schindler and visit filming locations from the movie Schindler’s List, as well as gaining an understanding of the events that preceded Auschwitz concentration camp.
You’ll also see how the area is now a revived hub of great bars, street food markets and street art. No trip to Krakow is complete without a visit to the Jewish Quarter.
