On this tour you will discover the most interesting places and monuments in the city, I will show you why San Cristóbal de La Laguna has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. I will explain to you how this city was formed and the situation on the island when it was inhabited by the Guanches. We will visit its historic center built since the 15th century. We will delve into the daily life of the locals who walk through its busiest streets, its faculties and the importance of its university, the oldest in the Canary Islands. We will follow the steps that have been taken since the conquest of the island until today. You will contemplate the different artistic styles that the city has, such as colonial, Mudejar, baroque or neoclassical and I will recommend places of gastronomic interest and other places to visit within the municipality of La Laguna and in other municipalities on the island.
