Do not book a tour with Sang L. He did not pitch for our group and never gave an excuse or explanation. It was a very negative experience.

Leider ist der Guide gar nicht erst aufgetaucht. Es warteten noch mehr Menschen auf ihn und keiner hat eine Info erhalten. Nach 15 Minuten sind wir gegangen.

We were lucky to have Nam as our tour guide ! Such an intelligent, pleasant, knowledgeable young man. We could feel he is passionate about what he does&explains. He Took us to main important attractions and we got to here from him and learn alot about Vietnam History. Nam is also locally from Hanoi so we were also lucky to get good recommendations along the way :)
