His knowledge about Egyptian history in general is unmatched and has a great knowledge of Roman, Greek and other history too and how they co-relate with Egyptian history. Adel Aziz has been an amazing guide. We walked a lot through the small street of the market area, then we moved to see the old walls in another part.
