Chanhsouda was a lovely host and tour guide. It was interesting to hear about the history of Laos but also to learn about her childhood and life here. We had a lovely morning visiting all of the best hotspots albeit in the rain! We would 100% recommend this tour to others visiting!
A pleasant morning in Luang Prabang
Chan gave a great tour of the landmarks of Luang Prabang around mount Phu Si. She was very brave to pioneer this tour in Laos; it is informative and entertaining, she is very knowledgable and with a great positive attitude and love for her country. She showed us many little details in the morning market that would have been impossible to discover by ourselves! She was also very responsive to my questions. I totally recommend her and her tour!
The tour was a great introduction to Luang Prabang and Laos life! We walked through the morning markets, sampled some local food, and learnt about some not ordinarily part of our usual diet. We then proceeded to Phousi hill which was fabulous, all 328 steps up, at a nice relaxed pace. A visit to the Wat, around the Peninsula and then to the heritage house for local tea. A great tour by a friendly knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend if you are lucky enough that Chanh is available. Tour thanks again to Chanh 🙏
