[INDOOR/OUTDOOR TOUR] Beyond Berlin’s History - making sense of the present learning from the past

This is the best walking tour I have been on! The wealth of knowledge, the combination of entertainment and serious history, as well as the depth of our guide Mary’s thinking is crazy impressive. I not only learned about the town of Berlin, but also Germany/WW1&2/Jewish experience in Germany, Poland and beyond/inspirational and hopeful thoughts about humanity’s future. Mary is patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she is doing. This is a must do for visitors and even locals of Berlin.

Mary’s way of introducing the Historical stories of the city is very interesting. She brings her ideology to the stories which adds a perspective that for me was not familiar at all. It helped me think of the history from a different way and for that I’m grateful.

Mary was an amazing guide, giving in depth history of the city and context of the buildings. She posed thoughtful questions and was very engaging. The walk was nicely broken up with indoor and outdoor time. Highly recommend this tour!
