    I really enjoyed this tour. Rafaela was an excellent guide and shared allot of information about the history of Sao Paulo. Would highly recommend this to anyone who's considering doing it!

    The day before the tour she confirmed that the tour was on. The day of the tour she never even came to the meeting point. She sent a message about 30 minutes later after the starting time with an excuse. Make sure you have a plan B.

    Rafaela didn’t show up at the meeting point and some time late, after we sent her messages, she claimed she had canceled the tour but the Guruwalk platform didn’t inform us. It was extremely disrespectful, I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.
