    Cannot recommend this tour enough! Ritesh shared an incredible amount of knowledge on all aspects of history, religion, culture, food, buildings and so much more. He is clearly very passionate about his job, and giving people a positive experience in what can be a very overwhelming and high stimulus city. There were food tastings, visits to religious sights, walks down hidden lane ways etc etc.

    Another client and I booked the tour that morning with a 10 am start, and we received confirmations. At 10:30 Ritesh informed us that he was out of town and therefore the tour would not happen.

    Dear Sir, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, I'd like to clarify a couple of things. First, your booking was made at the last minute, and I had informed you earlier that I have been unwell for the past few days, which has resulted in health issues preventing me from being able to conduct the tour. Additionally, I did offer an alternative to reschedule the tour for the next morning at the same time, but I understand that due to your tight schedule, that wasn't possible. Once again, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and I hope we can find another opportunity to serve you in the future. Best regards, Ritesh
