Maya did a splendid tour of the old town in Split. She has a great knowlegde. And she is fun! Most important she has focus both on the great stories of the past just as much as the developement and challenges of the everyday life in the present. I highly recommend Maya!

Maja is the perfect guru/host! She is so knowledgeable about her hometown, its vast history, points of interest, etc. and brings her personal touch to bear. Her command of the English language (in addition to many others) is impeccable. She has a great sense of humor as well. We saw all of the key sights, and she was very patient with our group. I highly recommend this tour and Maja, in particular!
Our guide shared information about the culture as well as the places. Comparing her grandparents experiences to her own brought history to life. She had a good sense of humor that kept folks engaged.
