Eunice is such a wonderful guide who not only guided us to many interesting places, great patience with all our questions, but also the detailed recap email right after the tour with personal touch (links to the info I asked for at the end of the tour), it is well above my expectation, given many tours I have taken in different countries -Eunice is definitely one of the best! I hope I can join the next tour with Eunice :0)
Arrived 20 min. early & waited 15 min past... Guru never showed up!!! Did not text or WhatsApp us either!

The tour did run as scheduled, and we had a group of eight guests with us. Our meeting point was right outside Exit B of Jalan Besar MRT Station, where our guide was present to greet participants. It’s possible that there may have been a misunderstanding about the exact meeting location, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any confusion. To clarify for future guests, our tours run rain or shine, and our guides are always at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts. We also encourage guests to contact us via Guruwalk messaging if they face any difficulties finding us—we’re happy to help in real time.
