Extremely informative tour and highly engaged guide. The tour starts with an introduction of Jewish history which is essential for understanding the Jewish community in Kraków and how it developed over the years.
Big Tom was such a good guide, he presented the tour in a captivating way and his knowledge was amazing. It was a cold day and he was able to find us a few warm sheltered spots during the tour like a Jewish bookshop in an old synagogue and a tiny cafe. There were only 16 of us on the tour which was a perfect amount.
Very informative and interesting, with some humour within a dark subect. He just started talking a couple of times before the whole group had got to the point. But it was good, all questions asked were answered.
