Raphael does an amazing tour. I had to apologize since we booked for four: one didn't make it to the station to travel to Sintra and one had to bail once we arrived in Sintra but my husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this tour.
We had a wonderful free walking tour of Sintra with fantastic guide Joāo. He was fun, funny, insightful and knowledgeable. Adapted to the group and added some personal knowledge of a very cool Moorish fountain. Would highly recommend you try to get Joao for your visit to Sintra, or when he does some of his other tours in Lisboa. A real local gem of a tour guide. 5*
Claudia was amazing! Super knowledgeable about the history, culture and the area! Brought a great Portuguese perspective to it.
Joam was a friendly & knowledgeable guide. I learned much about beautiful Sintra & will need to spend more time exploring the palaces next time.
