Ian’s tour provides the history of Malaysia and political background. The majority of the tour is spent in the park where the national monument is and then a bit of time viewing historical political buildings. The tour ends in Chinatown. Ian shows a few interesting stalls in Chinatown, but not the focus of the tour. If you have the time, allow yourself time in Chinatown after the tour ends.
