Center of İzmir Free Tour

Necmiye was very patient, as we arrived late. A very available guide, giving practical information, on public transport specifically. In terms of places to eat or drink, she wasn't able to, but she did suggest all the foods one should try in Izmir. She gives a personalized tour, always giving options on activities during the tour. We visited a mosque, and she offered to translate for the fortune tellers. She was keen to answer our questions about Turkey.

Our guide was punctual and had a positive attitude. She was helpful in explaining about public transportation and how to use the transportation cards. She was awesome at telling about local dishes and sharing the names and pictures on her phone - that was so helpful.

I was surprised to find we were a small group of 6. We are normally find in a large group of 30 to 40 people+. Necmiye makes a very small and personalized service and will cater to and adjust according to preferences of the group. We especially enjoyed our time at the end with tea or coffee at a very quaint establishment with special treatment at very reasonable prices. I just feel bad that she doesn't make as much money as other groups that give many more tips.
