We took the tour because it advertised that Carlos was a local expert. When we arrived he wasn’t there. Instead was MJ, our booking wasn’t on her list but she said we could join her tour because she was doing the guru walk that day. She was nice and the tour was overall good, but I think it’s important guru walks are clear on the information they are providing.

Everything was fine except the payment. In whole Chile you can pay by card even at the smallest places, but they do not accept card. We did not have enough cash left and he got mad about the money. I can understand but I am not willing to pay 10% for bank transaction just to get Chilean Pesos. At the end he was fine with US Dollars (although in the description was written they will not accept it). @Gurus: get payment by card or accept other currencies, too!
