We chose this tour due to its good reviews and the 3 hour duration of the tour. We thought it would give us a good introduction to the city, and prepare us for the remainder of our visit. Unfortunately, the guru assigned to our tour, Mike, seemed new and inexperienced, and was not quite ready for this task. Mike made a good effort to keep the tour entertaining. However, the tour only lasted 2 and 1/4 hour, It was nice to have seen the Almudena cathedral, and the incredible sunset at the Debod Temple. But overall, we didn't feel we got the introduction we needed. Had WorldWalkers given Mike more training, perhaps through him shadowing other gurus, or with mock tours where he receives positive feedback, Mike could've been the guru for us. Unfortunately, it was not to be in this tour. We hope Mike does not give up, as he can become a good guru with further training.
