I'm sorry you feel the communication wasn't clear! Usually visitors have no trouble finding me or my husband on the bridge, as is mentioned in the description (not in the youth hostel where another tour company has its meeting place!). As to the other point, my husband and I take turns doing these tours, when my husband does them I always message visitors in advance to tell them to look for a man. You too received this message, too bad you missed it. Hope you still found something worthwhile!
