After speaking with the tour guide, we were surprised to see the comment regarding "less serious" and "less information". The tour guide, was under the impression that everyone enjoyed the tour. Additionally, it was a small group, which allowed for ample opportunities for questions, as she is always extremely respectful and kind. It comes across as if you were reviewing a different tour.
