Hi Dymaima! Thanks for your comment. That morning I had another tour in another part of the city and for that reason I sent another guide friend of mine. He met the rest of the visitors but it seems he didn't see you. I am very responsible with my work and I don't like to leave anyone hanging. The fault is not yours but mine because I didn't tell you about him before. On another hand he was not aware of you. I offer my sincerest apologies. Habíamos estado los primeros días de nuestro viaje en la Habana y nos quedamos un poco defraudados, por lo que en nuestro último día y por recomendación de una amiga hicimos el tour con Yan. Fue genial, nos explicó curiosidades de los sitios más importantes, comentamos temas políticos forma de vida de los cubanos y atendió a todas nuestras preguntas. Se añadió una chica inglesa a última hora por lo que el tour fue en inglés y quizá un poco más lento de lo que quisiéramos, pero igualmente lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias Yan!

There is something I don't understand: if I was good at the personal and answering your questions, why do you give me this evaluation? The time taken by the tours is 2.5 to 3 hours, for this reason we can't delay too much in each place. In addition, a principle of this work is not to give too much information because it can be annoying and tedious for the visitor who most of the time is making a leisure trip. However, I have always stood out for not omitting any important detail in my tours, in fact, for these same reasons is that I divided the tour of the Historic Center of Havana in two parts (something that few do). However, if you wanted more information about some particular places, asking me was enough.
