Hello Marlene! We read your private feedback. We sent it to your guide. She apologised for leaving you behind on the break. She said she waited few minutes extra but didn’t see you so she had to continue the tour. Since this is a free tour it happens quite often that customers just leave without telling the guide anything and it is very difficult to discern whether someone is missing because of a long cue to toilet or because they left the tour without telling us. Regarding the problem with delay trams, we discussed this with the guide and gave her guidance how to deal with such future situations better in the future. Thank you for your feedback!
