Unfortunately, we were disappointed with Benji’s tour. There was no story about what made Köln special and the stops didn’t really tie in with each other. He walked extremely quickly, leaving most members behind and then starting right as people were walking up. He also did not make an effort to get to know members of the group. GuruWalk tours are usually exceptional with guides who love their city and clearly communicate why, but this tour was a real disappointment. We will probably do a tour with a different provider simply to get the story about Köln that we feel like we missed here.
