Victor is obviously well read. However, keep your distance if he is using the loud speaker - it was way too loud. Know the history of Panama first, otherwise his tour doesn't make a lot of sense.
To be very honest the tour was okay, but I felt that very often we got too much random information rather than clear facts about the city. It also seemed that we were presented more the perceiption of the guide on certain things rather than actual facts. Also everything had to do with numbers which seemed a bit odd.
