    Dear Aimee, in the beginning of every tour we specify “if you have any question feel free to ask” So first thing, next time make questions instead of remaining silent for the entire tour and write a mediocre review. Second, before booking be sure to have read the description of the tour to know what to expect. Glass? The glass blowing art is in Murano, the tour is in Venice on a specific district. We have a selection of topics for a wide audience, for anything ask we are open to any question. Third, if your interest is so detailed next time book a private tour to customize everything according with your necessities and not a FREE tour. All the best
