Good afternoon, Sergey. We are sorry that the tour was not to your liking. Our colleagues are great professionals who strive every day to improve visits to offer you the best experiences. We also wanted to clarify certain things that you have written to us about and that is that, we understand that your experience regarding the tours may have led you to think that our partner's attitude was not the most favorable or that he did not connect with the clients. But first we can only tell you that, obviously, working in front of the public can be overwhelming on some occasions and even more so when these activities are carried out in a language that is not your own. Nerves can play tricks at those times. That said, remember that English is not the mother tongue, as we have said before, of any of us, therefore there will always be a remnant of our Spanish accent.
