The guide was friendly and bubly, however, the information shared was not totally accurate. For instance, Lactobacillus bulgaricus is not only peoduced in Bulgaria as stated but can also be produced in some nearby regions of the Balkan Peninsula. The places we visited were ok, however, I was hoping to taste more traditional bulgarian cuisine. The route we took could had been planned in a way for us to visit a health shop (where we had tasted some sweets) to be the last as it would make a sense to have some sweets at the end of the tour instead of mixing the dishes from sour to sweet and back to sour. However, the guide was friendly and helpful and ensured that I have gluten free alternative options. Overall it was an intresting and fun trip.
