Nothing special about the tour, I should have done my DIY tour instead.

It was an informative tour, started on time, but the last stop wasn't explained well. We lost our group and couldn't find out group leader to say thanks and give tips.

We’ve participated in several walking tours in big cities, but unfortunately, the walking tour of Washington DC left us quite disappointed. Our guide provided generic information about the monuments and historic buildings, occasionally even reading directly from plaques. Despite claiming to offer insider insights as a lifelong Washington resident, she failed to share any anecdotes or specific details (such as restaurant recommendations, as “American food is too unhealthy and not real food”). The tour lasted well over 2 hours, yet much of that time was spent walking without receiving substantial information. While we don’t expect tour guides to be historians, statements like “Martin Luther King was assassinated, but I’m not quite sure why” or “The Korean War started because of communism” felt inadequate and overly simplified. We cannot recommend this tour. However, we do appreciate the effort put into organizing this tour and recognize that it is still in its early stages. With some improvements and more engaging content, we believe this free walking tour has the potential to become a great experience for visitors. We hope our feedback helps in making those adjustments and wish the team the best of luck in their future endeavors.

Hello Lilly I am honestly doubting you did the tour with us by the comment you made. Other people in your same tour group rated the visit either as very good or excellent and it was a group of 16 people. If in fact you attended our freetour we are very sorry and disappointed we did not meet your expectations. Thank you and take care. Margot
