The tour was a complete disappointment. The first thing you see in this tour is that the guru gave himself a 5 star review. He shifted the tour by 1 hour a few days before the tour started. This is very unfortunate and I had booked my transportation according to the tours timing and the fact that he changed the timing have destroyed my plans and i could join only partially to the tour. The information given at the stops have no connection or flow with each other. Since i am not professional rater i cant accurately describe the problem (i ahve been to more than 70 tours worldwide) but I can clearly say that there was a lot of missing things in this tour and i left the tour with not a good feeling at all (in most of the tours i had i left with a good feeling). Wish the tour guide lots of luck and more professionalism and surely hoping for a higher learning curve about tour guiding.
Response from GuruThank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry the tour didn’t meet your expectations. I had to change the timing a week before due to heavy rain. I saw that you initially canceled, then rebooked, so I thought you were okay with the new time. I apologize if that wasn’t clear. Regarding the 5-star review, that was an unfortunate touch mistake while setting up the account, not a fake review. I’m addressing that now since I tried to delete it but could'nt. I’m also sorry you found the information disjointed. I’ll take your comments to heart and work on improving the tour flow.
