We left this tour feeling very frustrated with the tour guide's lack of professionalism. While being clearly very knowledgeable in the history of the topic, the tour guide made political comments during his interpretation of today's current events in the middle events that were totally uncalled for. He visibly made others in our group uncomfortable when doing so. He even prefaced his opinion by saying that he knew he shouldn't bring politics into the day's tour but did so anyway. It made us feel unwelcome in a city that already made us feel so welcome and because we luckily booked another historical tour of Vienna that same day with a tour guide who focused only on relaying the veracity of the past's events onto the group and not his uncalled for interpretation of the current political situation. We kindly thanked him and went on our way while giving a tip but we left halfway through the tour because of how uncomfortable he made the situation. We are hoping he can remedy this and not inject his political opinions in the future.
