Hello K Orgill ! Your comment about the guide not assisting a person in a wheelchair is not entirely clear. The guide follows a set route, which we almost never change. If the guide had to spend time helping someone move, the tour could stretch to several hours. You would then leave a negative comment that the tour, instead of the scheduled one and a half to two hours, lasted three and a half hours, with the guide spending all their time helping someone move instead of entertaining the group with stories. Our website clearly states that, unfortunately, the route is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. Yes, the guide will, of course, pay some attention and might slow the group down a bit, but we cannot fully stop and focus solely on the person in a wheelchair. We have only one guide, and we cannot send two guides to assist those who have difficulty with mobility and cannot keep up with the group. Therefore, your comment does not accurately reflect the quality of our guide service in Bergen, and you should carefully review the rules and the page when booking a tour.
