    The guy was trying to charge 20 dollars in advance per person and he was quite rude. I gave up the tour.

    Only the Spanish Guide was there who was very kind but there was no English Guide at the meeting point. Disappointing.

    I am very sorry but if you check your reservation page from the day before, I sent you a message that the English guide is sick and could not take the tour.

    Our tour was made by a new tour guide in his first week, so he was not very confident and sometimes looked lost. He spoke in a low tone, sometimes difficult to hear and gave us just a little information. Even though we went to the major spots, I wish the tour was more interactive.
