Poor. The route was poor and we backtracked too far. The tour guide lacked confidence and knowledge. Danang is an awesome city… but this tour didn’t show much of it.

A few things have made our tour with Stella not good as others: - The guru needs to speak waaaay louder. I even asked for this a few times but Stella was speaking very quietly; it was impossible to hear what she was saying. This was the number 1 issue for me. - Factual information must be accurate, some of the information provided was factually wrong, an example was the cathedral year of construction, when I asked I was told 1914 which somewhat didn't add up, after checking this was created in 1924 - if you are not sure it's better to check together! - More engagement is necessary, the guide seemed uninterested in us, seemed to be in a rush and kept looking at her phone.

Thank you for the time today, despite the rainy weather. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the tour. Our guide brought the time to meet forward to 2.15pm and still showed up 10 minutes late (with an apology). We were shown a few sights around Da Nang but we didn't really feel any enthusiasm or indepth knowledge from our guide, she also kept checking her watch and was responding to her phone messages rather than guiding us. There were times we were just walking down a street (hoping we were going in the right direction) and she was following us while on her phone. We ended up finishing the tour after 1h15mins as she said she had nothing else to show us unless we wanted to go back to the start and actually go in the museum. Given the past hours experience, we chose to go our separate ways.

Firstly we assigned a best guide, Stella, who exceed all five high ranking reviews on our tours. She is our Gem and even we assigne her as your private guide.She got professional certficate guide liscense.So we are sure Stella is our Gem. Secondly we would like to remind you that our private guide spent time more 2.5 hours and she worked based on Tip but both of you just gave 2 usd/pax that is not really nice compared to the time and knowledge of our guide.If you take any free tours in Vietnam, you should check it again for the fare. I was dissapointed by the trip with one of the guides (female) as she didn't have the proper knowledge about places we were visiting... when she finally mislead where to go (direction) to the next stop (even while looking on a map), I resigned.
