Walking Tour of South Mumbai

+ Tour zu individueller Zeit gestartet - nicht die angekündigten Sehenwürdigkeiten besucht - wenig Informationen/ Erklärungen gegeben - Fahrt zum Tempel und Flower Market (wir sollten Blumen kaufen, Tempel war überfüllt mit Wartezeit von mind. 30 min) - Verabschiedung: der Guru war unzufrieden mit der Bezahlung, hat versucht und zu überreden mehr Geld zu geben und hat sich schließlich nur bei den beiden Männern unserer Gruppe verabschiedet Fazit: ich habe schon mehr als 15 free guided walking tours gemacht und war von dieser sehr enttäuscht und kann sagen, dass leider mit die schlechteste Tour war, an der ich teilgenommen habe.

Eine positive Herangehensweise wäre, konstruktives Feedback zu geben, das auf Verbesserung und nicht auf Kritik abzielt. Du könntest erwähnen, was dir an der Tour gefallen hat, und dann freundlich darauf hinweisen, was verbessert werden könnte, um die Erfahrung für alle Teilnehmer zu optimieren.

Ali is a really nice guy. Were polite and he is very friendly. Although his tour and itinerary needs some improvement. There are so many great buildings and sights on the way but we more or less just walked by. He could show photospot, and explain more about the sights. He did not really show us the University of Mumbai (you can’t go in but there are good points to make pictures). We did not walk through Kala Ghoda which is a nice neighborhood and close to the starting point. He did not show us the photospot in front of the railway station. He invited us for a tee and show us a nice snack place. That was nice. But there is lot of upside in his tour.

Sadly it was not Ali who did the tour with us, though he told us nothing about it. His replacement was a nice person but the information about places and the history of Mumbai was quite poor.
