No conozco el motivo, pero el gurú canceló el tour a través de mensaje de WhatsApp 2 días antes (había reservado casi un mes antes) y no había más tours disponibles para esa fecha. Lamentablemente no pude hacer ningún tour.
La duración del tour es inadecuada para los espacios que hay que ver en Carthage; solo se visitan los baños de Anthony (se paga la entrada para ver 8 espacios diferentes). Te expones a que Ahmed cancele la visita de manera reiterada. Ahmed está dispuesto a responder todo tipo de dudas que puedan surgir. Al finalizar el tour solicitará 10 euros por persona.
I didn't get to take the tour, as the night before the tour the guide mentioned that others had canceled, I might try for Wednesday (it was his suggestion, but it is not possible for me), and then, even though this is advertised as a free tour (with the traveler deciding on the amount to give), I was asked if I would pay a specific amount of money. If you are willing to risk a late cancellation from the guide, you might try this tour, but I was left scrambling to find a different option.
Careful booking this tour. While the tour started off nicely, halfway through and without explanation, the guide asked us to wait around in a building for 10 mins, but then telling us to go to the mosque to wait for him. We waited for over half an hour and we did not hear anything further from him, and we ended up having to look around ourselves.
I read good reviews about ahmed so I booked to 3 friends of mine. Sadly they were disappointed because of the duration of carthage tour. It does not need a guide according to them
Response from GuruThe tour covers only the Antonius baths, one out of mañy sites we can visit . If customers arrange transportation I could show them the whole area , but if not I could not pay for the transportation. Thanks for the support, especially because you are Tunisia.
