    I guess you get what you pay for. Richard was not a great guide, not engaging. Walked fast and the group was spread out, some could not keep up. I've been on lots of tours and this one was the worst. He lacked any kind of emotion or excitement. Disappointing.

    This tour was not what I thought it was. We didn’t even get to see buckingham palace or the changing of the guard. Instead she took us to the stables to see the horse guard leave for the palace. I feel this was a badly described tour and I was very disappointed.
