Response from GuruHello there, I'm sorry we at Be Local Tours could not give you the tour. Just to explain, we had sent you two emails explaining that, unfortunately, the tour had to be cancelled. The first email was sent 10 days before the start of the tour, which was the first day we saw that your tour in question would have to be cancelled. Our thinking was that it would give you ample time to cancel your reservation and look for another tour and hopefully limit any disruption to your plans in Barcelona. We also offered you the opportunity to take the tour on a different day. We didn't receive any message from you so 5 days before the tour date so another message was sent to ask if you had seen the original first message. Once again, we did not receive a response to either message sent to you. We strive to offer a good service both in the quality of the tour and in our communication with reservers. This can be seen in various other reviews of our tours. As much as we can, we try to communicate clearly about the situations regarding the availability of our tours, but we do ask that reservers do check the messages we send in order for there to be a smooth communication between us. Once again I'm sorry the tour didn't go ahead. Regards
