Tour time was changed from 1045 to 1600 with only around 12 hours notice (after 8pm at night!!). We had already booked activities for the afternoon, so this was a big inconvenience.
Response from GuruDear Sue, We are sorry to hear that, but what you say is not true. We warned you the day before at 13:11, so it's way more than 12 hours in advance. We sent you several messages on whatsapp and you never answered. Wa waited for you at the meeting point, in vain!! You did not even write to us in order to inform us that you would not come. It is sad to receive this kind of review after a hard work in order to organise the tour. It is also sad that some platforms allow those reviews to be published. We are open to feedbacks and reviews, but not to the lying ones. Next time, we suggest you to have respect for our work and to answer to our messages on the platform or on whatsapp, instead of writing these kind of comments which do not correspond to the truth.
