We had a tour with Seb. It was not cool to have his fellow tour guide pretend like a tourist in front of our group and lie how he "really loved the tour he took with Seb yesterday". We saw this very fellow colleague guiding another group of tourists half an hour after our tour ended. Cheap tricks.
The guide was quite diligent in providing allinformation, but I imagine Praga, with so many years of history, deserves to be better explored. Surely, there were more interesting events to share. The stops seemed disconnected from each other. Overall, it was superficial.
After the Charles Bridge, the tour guide gave some instructions and left. We tried following the instructions to find her but we couldn't see her anywhere. She always had the umbrella closed which didn't help, and she never bother to find us. We tried reaching out in the chat, but there was no response. Overall, I think it could've been a nice tour, but it got ruined by the lack of professionalism of the tour guide and her inability to manage a large group. In the future, I would advice her to not take on big groups, as she doesn't have the skills to do it.
Not the best experience. Disappointed with the guide Lyle. Downplayed and didn’t show us the main attraction of the guard change, spoke too fast and didn’t care if people did follow what he was saying or showing especially at the cathedral. Thought he was funny but his attitude seemed a little discouraging to really see most of the import sights including the Charles bridge.
The places we visited were very nice, I like the route but unfortunately you should not expect to learn a lot about the history…
