FREE WALKING TOUR PUEBLA

English of guru was very bad. I participate just 10 minutes and decide to leave because it was very hard to understand and voice was quiet.

We were disappointed in our English speaking tour. The tour guide did not have a strong command / fluency of the English language which kept her from providing a lot of detail. We passed the Spanish tour on numerous occasions and a much higher level of detail was being provided. Way too much time was spent in the Cathedral. Very little info provided on the history, culture and traditions of the people of Puebla. Most of the info provided was what we could find in our Lonely Planet Guide Book. While we were disappointed in our tour, the tour guide was very nice and we feel with more practice she could greatly improve.

I arrived 5 mins before the set time amd checked in with my reservation, they told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes so that i could nake sure i was around and saw one group had already started their tour near the meeting point. That guide told me to look for my English group on the other side of the street, I looked and saw no one. I hope in the future they either start at the time stated, give an accurate time expectation before starting, or wait for those that checked in because I arrived on time and came back within the time they told me and still was unable to take the tour. I will try and book again, hopefully I can then I can speak about the actual tour.
