The Lille Tour : Historic Highlights & Hidden Gems

Disappointed. Our tour of Lille was cancelled twice, once due to low numbers then on the rearranged date due to illness. We did receive a message with some suggestions of things to visit which was positive. Of course such things can happen in any service organisation, but it would have been nice if something else had been offered, eg a discount on an official tour or even a free drink in a bar. I hope our experience is rare.
