Our original tour with Pedro got cancelled/changed to the 11am tour. We all turned up at the meeting point and started waiting.... Half an hour later and still waiting, we had messaged Pedro, who told us Martin should be there... There were maybe 15 people there waiting for 45 minutes until we were informed the tour was cancelled, very poor communication.
We have been told that the guru will be late, so we had to wait but nobody showed us. Not professional at all
Martin was our guide and he conducted the tour in both Spanish and English at the same time. We spent a lot of time just standing around while he interacted in Spanish with the other half of the group. Would have been better if the tour was just canceled if the group size was too small to conduct the tour. Waste of our time.

But in this case both groups were very small and the guide of the Spanish group did not know if he would be able to arrive on time. You were offered to wait a few minutes for the other guide to arrive and you refused, but possibly it was all a misunderstanding.
