Legendary Music Venues and History in Downtown New York City

I've done these free tours all over Europe and always been thrilled, so I thought I'd try one in my own hometown, well I still haven't done one. Waited at the meeting point, no guide. Then when I'd already given up hope and was on the train home he called and asked me to come back. I didn't. If he'd called or texted me that he was going to be late ahead of time, I would have waited, but he didn't. Awful customer service.

Respectfully, Mike left at 7:02pm for a 7pm tour start time. I tried connecting with him right at 7:01pm and got to the location at 7:05pm.
