Estábamos bastantes personas esperando para empezar el tour y el guía ni se presentó ni contestó a mis mensajes. Hablé con otro guía de la misma empresa y me dijo que lo sentía pero creía que no se iba a presentar y no había más tours disponibles. Nos han dejado tirados y sin ninguna explicación, la primera vez que veo esto, una vergüenza
I got an email from Japandas that the tour I initially signed was being cancelled as it did not have a minimum number of people signing up. I got to on the same tour the following day
Response from GuruDear Venky, we are not Japandas, we are another company called Kyoto localized, much better ;)... Could you please delete your 1 star comment that harm us? We never cancel the tours and we run tours with 1 or 2 people.... We wait you next time ;) you will see the difference thank you very much
Our “guru” never showed up or responded to our messages. Luckily we found another tour with “Japandas” and it was great!
We waited for 20 minutes outside of the meeting point. The guide did not respond to our messages. Really cranky as we made an effort to get there on time! Not sure that Guru is reliable
