I did not find the guide. It was a lot of personnes waiting for the boat, I ask but do not find the guide. I was desapouinted.

The guide didn't show up without notice. Very disappointing.

We booked a „Free Walking Tour“. In the description they said we could give as much money as we wanted to give. The Guide said we need to give a minimum of 100 VAE-Dirham p.P. Not what we expected! The Information was really good, but there were not many stops.

Don’t advertise a free tour and then allow your guide to run after and extort/ demand a minimal payment of 50 aed per person from the customer who has left early because the tour was of minimal interest and was a lecture style with no exploration of the city. We left early as it did not hold our interest. Your advertising states pay what you think tour is worth. This obviously false and misleading.

You had private tour and you ride boat plus 3 hours walking at the end you are leaving before you pay anything If you don't want to pay tip why you come. Free to pay you wish but not Zero payment!!!

The guide did not come to the tour, did not respond to messages and did not warn about the cancellation.
