I was at the meeting place 15 minutes early. I waited for 40 minutes and messaged the guide. No one turned up and no response to my message. I got a email confirming the tour, a few hours before it was due to start. Very disappointed.

Guru cancelled the tour with 2 hours notice bc guide was supposedly sick. I did not read the message and arrived there by taxi from Hoi An looking for the tour. I was filling time before flying and was stuck with hours of nothing to do. Maybe they could have phoned me

It is the worst free walking tour I have ever done in my life. They did not know about our reservation so we had to call them. The tour had already started because they agreed to start before so we lost 1 stop. We walked for 45 minutes in the rain with practically no information, only 2 stops, according to the program in the website there were more places to visit. Very poor!
